The creations
The products offered for sale by Florence Gossec are those appearing on the site and its store in Orléans, on the day the user visits the site.
The products are available for sale within the limits of available stocks knowing that the pieces are unique.
The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions were to occur in this presentation, Florence Gossec could not be held liable. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are only indicative and have no contractual value.
Price information
The prices are presented in euros including VAT and excluding delivery costs which remain the responsibility of the user unless special conditions.
The prices indicated take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. If the rate were to be modified, these changes could be reflected in the price of the items without the user being informed beforehand. Florence Gossec reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
For orders to be shipped to countries outside the European Union, sales prices are exclusive of taxes and any customs duties or other local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Ordered
Any order constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The user declares to have read and irrevocably accepted these general conditions of sale before placing his order. The validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
In order to allow the user to return to his order before validating it definitively, Florence Gossec has created validation and acceptance screens. The order will not be definitively registered until the last validation of the order payment screen by credit card, PayPal, transfer or French bank check. From the last click of acceptance, the order is considered irrevocable. It is planned, from the registration of the order, to send an email to the user. This email confirms that the order has been taken into account by Florence Gossec, and not that the product ordered is available.
Payment
• For delivery in mainland France: payment is made online by credit card or PayPal.
• For delivery abroad: payment is made by credit card and PayPal.
• For online payments by credit card: the accepted cards are Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard.
The Invoice will be inserted in the package containing the product (s) ordered.
Secure payment
In order to ensure the security of payments, the Florence Gossec company uses the secure payment service. The confidential data (the 16-digit bank card number, the expiration date as well as the cryptogram) are directly transmitted encrypted on the STRIPE server without passing through the physical media of Florence Gossec's server.
When the order is validated, the payment request is routed in real time to the secure electronic payment manager. This sends an authorization request to the bank card network. The electronic payment manager issues an electronic certificate.
Shipping costs, conditions and delivery times
The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times - and subject to the accuracy of the address provided.
Florence Gossec reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the correct delivery of the products to your letterbox. In the event of delivery to a collective address, Florence Gossec cannot be held liable if the shipment is not received by the final recipient but by a third party.
The user assumes full responsibility for his choice of delivery.
ATTENTION: In the event of an input error on the part of the customer in the delivery address, which does not allow the carrier the correct delivery of the package to its destination, Florence Gossec cannot be held responsible. , for whatever nature. In this case, if the package is found and returned to the Florence Gossec premises, we will contact you in order to obtain a correct delivery address. Therefore, the package will be forwarded to the correct address but this forwarding will remain the sole responsibility of the customer. If the package is delivered to the wrong address, the customer will have to find it on their own.
Despite all the care taken by Florence Gossec in preparing the packages, it is possible that a product is missing or that after transporting the package, one of the products turns out to be defective. This is why, upon receipt of his order, the customer will check the conformity of the products received. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing product or damaged package) must imperatively be notified, on the day of receipt or at the latest 3 days following receipt, to Florence Gossec, by e-mail to gossec.florence@orange.fr. Any complaint formulated after this period will be rejected and Florence Gossec will be released from any liability. Florence Gossec reserves the right to ask the customer to return the defective product.
